With over 15 years of experience transforming people functions across fast-growth, complex organisations, she has seen what happens when HR is done well — and when it really isn’t.

She is also an accredited psychometric practitioner (MBTI, HBDI, Insights, Thomas International, SHL, McQuaig) — using data and behavioural insight to drive real leadership impact.
